Mazen Abou Hamdan is an expert in good governance, peace-building, and civic engagement.
He is a Chevening Scholar and he has recently completed a Master’s degree in “Conflict, Governance, and International Development” at the University of East Anglia in the UK. He has also studied “The Culture of Nonviolence” at the Academic University for Nonviolence & Human Rights (AUNOHR).
Mazen has previously held the positions of “Program Manager” and “Peacebuilding and Governance Lead” at Mercy Corps Lebanon, and he is currently a board member in LADE and in Peace Labs.
